Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes & Approvals

  • All quotes provided are valid for 12 days from the date of issue.
  • A written approval (email confirmation or signed agreement) is required to confirm acceptance of the quote.
  • Once approved, any changes to the design, scope, or services may result in a revised quote and must be approved in writing before implementation.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon approval of the quote to secure your booking and initiate design and procurement.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
  • If booking is made within 7 days of the event, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods provided on your invoice.
  • Mirror boot machines must be paid in full prior to the event no later than 5 days.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the balance (excluding the deposit), at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Any third-party services booked on your behalf (e.g. florists, rental items) may be subject to their own cancellation policies.

4. Damages & Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damage to decor items, props, or rental equipment during the event caused by guests, venue staff, or third-party vendors.
  • Wish Event Decor is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to any persons or property arising from or during the event.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide accurate event details, timelines, and access to the venue as required for setup and teardown.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary permissions are obtained from the venue for décor installations (e.g. hanging, rigging, use of candles, etc.).
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors should be communicated clearly in advance for coordination purposes.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return rented equipment such as Self Mirror Machines and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a rental.

1. Terms of Return

  • You may return rented equipment within the same day from the date of receipt.
  • Returns made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. State of Return

  • Returned equipment must be in the original condition, free from any significant damage, wear, or tampering.
  • All components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be returned with the equipment.
  • If the equipment shows signs of excessive use or damage beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to deny the return or apply a repair fee.

3. Process for Return/Collection


  • Equipment must be collected at the designated location by one of the following methods:
  • Same Day: Immediate return upon completion of use.
  • Agreed Time: A mutually agreed time set between the renter and the provider.
  • Signature of Receipt: Confirmation of return will require a signature from the receiver upon collection.
